Sebastian Bach presenta su nuevo videoclip ‘Hold On (To The Dream)’, en el que participa su excompañero Rob Affuso, en la batería. Este es el tercer sencillo de Child Within The Man, su nueva producción discográfica que estará disponible a partir del 10 de Mayo, a través de Reigning Phoenix Music.
En el audiovisual también participan el guitarrista Bruiser Brody y Clay Eubank, en el bajo.
El álbum, el cual contiene once temas fue grabado en Orlando, Florida; producido y mezclado por Elvis Baskette y masterizado por Robert Ludwig.
Por primera vez, Bach escribió o co-escribió las canciones con sus compañeros y grabó la voz principal y de acompañamiento. Child Within The Man tiene entre sus invitados especiales a John 5 (Mötley Crüe, Rob Zombie), Steve Stevens (Billy Idol, Vince Neil) y Orianthi Panagaris (Michael Jackson, RSO), quienes escribieron sus respectivas líneas de guitarra, en los temas que participan.
También cuenta con la colaboración de Myles Kennedy en “What Do I Got to Lose?” y “To Live Again”. La banda con que grabó está formada por Devin Bronson -guitarra-, Todd Kerns -bajo- y Jeremy Colson -batería-.
‘Hold On (To The Dream)’, es un tema con gran capacidad vocal. Inicia a modo balada, incluso con algún detalles de cuerdas pero poco después se torna en riffs más pesados. Es un ritmo más lento que los sencillos previos, con tonalidades muy oscuras y guitarras graves. La canción habla sobre mantenerse siempre firme y aferrarse a los sueños con un acento musical importante en riffs densos que nos recuerdan que Sebastian puede ir por senderos más oscuros con total impacto. Además, hay un par de notas altas que sacará una sonrisa a todos sus seguidores.
El videoclip fue dirigido y editado por Jim Louvau y Tony Aguilera en Madhouse Studio Phoenix.
